We would like to inform you that starting from today Thursday 16/01 we will not have the night shift service in the reception until Monday 20/01. Therefore, the lobby area is closed after 23:00 during the weekend.

ACTIVITIES UPDATES

Dear Guests,

This is to confirm that, due to the bad weather conditions, we have had to cancel the following activities today:

Cross-country skiing (cancelled until Friday, 17 January, included)
Snowshoeing (this tour can be rescheduled, subject to availability, for tomorrow, 16 January, afternoon at 2pm)
Northern Lights Watch (this tour can be rescheduled, subject to availability, for tomorrow, 16 January, at the same time - 21:30-1:30)

We also confirm that we have had to cancel the dog sledding tours scheduled for tomorrow. These tours can also be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Please discuss your options with us at Reception. If we are unable to reschedule, you may either get a full refund or use the amount as credit on other purchases made at the Resort - kindly check with us and we will be glad to assist you.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you, we are prioritising your health and safety.

SNOWMOBILE ACTIVITY CANCELLATION FOR JANUARY 1, 2025

Dear Guests,

We regret to inform you that our external provider who organises the snowmobile tours has let us know they need to cancel tomorrow’s (January 1) activity due to the conditions on the tracks – there is ice and it’s very bumpy.

We understand this might be disappointing, but your health and safety are our primary concern. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you.

We can check if there is a possibility to reschedule this; otherwise, you will get a full refund.

We remain at your disposal should you have any questions or concerns.

Due to the weather conditions, we are sorry to inform that the reservations for the Jacuzzi are cancelled for today. If the forecast is better after 18:00, the reservations at 20:00 will still be running.

We don’t have availability now to change the dates of the reservation. Therefore, this service will be 100% refunded. For further information we will be happy to assist you in the reception.

We are very sorry to inform that due to the weather forecast and the lack of snow, some of our activities are cancelled for today until the 28th of December. Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skii, Snowshoeing Northern Lights and Dogsledding are cancelled to preserve your safety.

Northern Lights Watch and Samii Storytelling are still on.

As per our cancelation policy, these activities will be 100% refunded. If you would like to use the amount as a credit for your stay, please let us know.
